Homeowner Dues

Dues for 2026: The annual dues have increased by $20 per household to $270 for 2026. The small increase will help with proposed planned maintenance projects.

NEW for 2026 we will be shifting to a $35 per vessel fee for boats stored at Dauses Waterfront Park. These funds will directly be used for construction of new racks for the 2026 season. Stickers will be issued and all vessels at the park will need to show the new Blackwalnut Cove 2026 ID tag for quick reference by the waterfront committee.

If you are paying after January 31, 2026 please be sure to include an additional $25 late fee in your PayPal amount to avoid additional follow-ups from the board. 🙂

Fill in the amount to pay in the "Price per item" box, then click "Continue."
Click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" (at the bottom of the screen).
Fill in your card information and other required details to make your payment.

Note: All 2026 homeowner's dues will be collected using this payment method. You do not need to sign up for our community website to utilize PayPal to make your payment.
