Whether you are a current resident, a potential resident, or a realtor, you will find a lot of useful information about our neighborhood. 

If you are a resident, please register to become part of the Blackwalnut Cove community. You can also join us on Facebook (an unofficial community space) and check back often to read the updates on the site.

For new members registering: please make sure to update your privacy preferences for the Directory. The directory will be accessible to authorized neighbors via the website at some point soon, and we want to make sure contact information is appropriately protected.

HOA meetings are held monthly on the 3rd Thursday of the month.  In-person meetings will be held every other month at the Eastport-Annapolis Neck Library.  Virtual meetings will be held every other month.  Check the calendar for details.   Also check your SPAM folder for weekly email updates.

Are you a real estate agent or title agent trying to find the covenants and resale package? There is not a specific resale package, however you can ask your selling resident for the covenants documents in the Documents Section. For confirmation of dues payment please contact treasurer (at) blackwalnutcove.net
